What people love about Train & Rail Tours in Asia
- 26-Day China Loop: Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Chengdu and Beyond
I absolutely loved the trip. Couldn't recommend this experience of China any higher. Also I would like to mention two guides in particular who were excellent. Sasha. .. she has so much knowledge and would go out of her way often to help any of us and servet who went above and beyond to help me out as I had to leave Macau early. He was helpful by what's app, providing suggestions and even made sure I saw enough of Macau before taking me to the bus after staying on his own to watch my bag so I could go round the casino! Great guide and all round nice guy.
- Epic Japan: Speed Trains & Street Food
I booked Japan on a Shoestring to see what value a tour company could add compared to traveling solo. The value they added was ease of transportation between sightseeing places, easier time communicating because of Japanese speaking guide, and having people similarly aged to travel with. We went to places and tried activities I would not have known to explore on my own. I was hoping from booking a tour that there would be more planned activities, however, I found myself unprepared to explore when we were given free time. Given that many sightseeing places included were free, I would recommend this tour if purchased at a discounted price. Overall, I had a great experience and visited many landmarks in the 9 days in Japan.
- Essential Japan
The trip was all-in-all great. The combination of planned group activities and free time activities was perfect. The guide helped us a lot (even to get to the Airport when flighing back). The gruop was amazing. There were no bad experieces. Thanks a lot!
