Budget Tours & Trips to Vietnam Reviews
- Vietnam Classic 12 Day - One Life Adventures
The overall tour was amazing. The tour was really good organized and the guide was amazing. I had a wonderful time. All the activities on the tour were great and I got to see so much of Vietnam. But my personal highlight was hoi an. Just an amazing place with so much to do!
- Vietnam Best Deal In 10 Days
The arrival was good except the driver was sick, wore masks. The internal flights hanoi to denang and denang to Saigon were excellent. Bear in mind alot of red tape security checks twice arrival and departure is time consuming don't bother packing neatly. A couple of the tours were rushed, no time for shopping or talking. The tour mua cave and trek up the mountain was very steep and physically demanding. Also there was no head count and my son 16 was left up there. We had to go looking for him. There was no pre-warning on physical demands on this tour and would have been happy to not take this tour. Tips appear to be expected on some tours, although we tipped all, reasonably. A couple of the tours were a bit political if you don't mind that fine we were just there for the holiday so probably not the tours for us. Bearing in mind Vietnam is very different to Western ideology. Halong Bay was fantastic if you want to really pick maybe the language barrier got in the way also bit of confusion as to whether the cruise accept visa could have been highlighted earlier. Personally we preferred Hanoi and Hoi An better than Saigon. Saigon seemed to be more caotic and were not as welcoming. That is just a personal reflection. The biggest thing was tourists from other countries are expected to know about Tet and they do not. Many services and places are closed or run on very few staff. Also tailoring not an option if your looking forward to that in January unless you want to trust the tailor/ seamstress and get the items posted. Overall we liked 70% of the best of 10 day tour.
- Seven Days Discover Real Charm North Vietnam
Spent one week in northern Vietnam and had a wonderful time! The trip was so well organised and if I ever had questions - they were answered within minutes. The accommodations were all nice and clean. The food on the trips were of good quality. I would for sure recommend booking with this tour company!
