What people love about Argentina Tours in January
- Best of Argentina
The entire trip was outstanding. Everyone was knowledgeable, all services were provided on time and of high quality.
- Bus Trip to Iguazu from Buenos Aires
Me and my boyfriend had an absolutley amazing time in Iguazu Falls! First we hesitated to go by bus for so many hours, but the bus was really comfortable: we were served good meals and wine during the ride, we saw some good movies and slept well. The 17 hour bus ride didn't at all feel that bad, and it was definetly worth saving some money by not taking the plane... The falls themselves are AMAZING! We were recommended to go thereby a lot of people and travelguides, and when we got there we understood why. I could have spent a whole day just staring down at the impressive "Devil's throat"! All of the waterfalls were so beautiful, and the nature surronding them as well. We had a great guide who told us all about the forests and waters of Iguazu! I would absolutley recommend you to book your trip through Say Hueque because the gave us great value for our money as we were travveling on a budget, and they also gave us great tips on what to do and see there. They were really proffessional and understood what we wanted to get out of our trip to Iguazu! Thank you! /Ulrika and Roberth from Sweden
- Patagonia Hiking
Overall, the tour was great and I would highly recommend to others. Regarding the trek to Fitz Roy: It was strenuous as expected and the evening should not have included a dinner meeting at 7:00 PM, which did not give time for return to hotel, shower and regroup for the following day. This night should have been a free night of choice with meals since the pay is out of the client pocket. I did end up eating with a few others who chose not to dine at the meeting time since we showed up at the restaurant later than expected due to details above. There was no seating, which was fine, and we were on our own. Joaquin sensed this and joined us after he dined with the others who made the eating time. Poles should be used on day one of the hike and were not recommended. The first hike is a hike but the second choice is choice and should be noted that poles should be used due to the nature of technical skills and fixed ropes. Regular trekking boots should be worn on day 4 of the visit to the glaciers due to steps as visit sites. Regular tennis shoes were recommended and I am glad that I used boots. The weather was cold and windy and boots are comfortable for this day. An amount for tipping was advised but did not realize the number of different guides used during the tour e.g. van rides with tutorials, rafting. Joaquin's role as organizer was different than the daily guide use and should be noted. I would have budgeted amounts appropriately with this information.
