10 Day Ireland Itinerary, incl. Dublin and Galway
A cultural feast through 14 Irish cities including Dublin, Waterford, Killarney, and Galway. Visits include UNESCO sites, medieval castles, and crystal workshops. Package includes 9 breakfasts, 4 dinners, luxury coach travel, and expert guides. Rated 4.7/5 by 30+ travelers.
- Days 1-2
Dublin & County Wicklow
Start in Dublin with a morning walk through the Georgian squares and O'Connell Street. Visit EPIC - The Irish Emigration Museum after 2 PM when it's less busy. A recent visitor shared: "EPIC was incredibly interactive. Each room tells personal stories of Irish emigrants that really bring history to life." On Day 2 travel south through the Wicklow Mountains to New Ross and Waterford. Visit the Dunbrody Famine Ship Experience before heading to the House of Waterford Crystal. Take the last factory tour at 3:30 PM to avoid crowds.
- Days 3-4
Killarney & Ring of Kerry
Get to Blarney Castle before 9 AM to beat the tour buses if you want to kiss the stone. Then drive to Killarney where you'll stay two nights. Take on the Ring of Kerry the next day. A recent visitor suggests: "Start the Ring clockwise from Killarney. The morning light is best for photos at Ladies View and you'll hit the Skellig Islands viewpoint before afternoon haze sets in."
- Days 5-6
Limerick & The Cliffs of Moher
Stop in Adare village on your way to Limerick. Check out King John's Castle and St. Mary's Cathedral before visiting Bunratty Castle and Folk Park. Head to the Cliffs of Moher the following day. A useful tip from a visitor: "Visit between 4-6 PM when most tour buses have left. Bring a windproof jacket—the gusts up there are fierce!"
- Days 7-8
Galway & Connemara
Make Galway your base for exploring Connemara. According to one visitor: "Kylemore Abbey's walled garden is stunning but pack water-resistant shoes—the paths get muddy even in summer." Take a trip to Westport House and continue north to Knock and Sligo. You'll find smaller crowds at the Marian Shrine in Knock after 3 PM.
- Days 9-10
Back to Dublin
10 Days in Ireland, incl. Dublin and Killarney

Highlights include Kylemore Abbey, Connemara National Park, traditional music in Doolin, and medieval Kilkenny. Daily travel averages 3 hours in comfortable Mercedes Sprinter vehicles.
- Days 1-2
Dublin to Westport & Connemara
Drive 3.5 hours from Dublin to Westport to begin your Irish adventure. "Arriving in Westport, we discovered the most colorful streets and friendly pubs - it felt like stepping into the real Ireland." Spend your afternoon walking through town or hiking Croagh Patrick. The hike takes about 3.5 hours. Next day, drive through Connemara's wild landscapes and check out the views along Sky Road and Killary Harbour, Ireland's only fjord. Visit Westport House early in the morning to avoid the crowds.
- Days 3-4
Galway & The Burren Region
Travel to Galway through Connemara's lake country. Walk the medieval streets and listen to street musicians before exploring the unusual landscape of the Burren. Stay in Doolin where traditional music fills the pubs each night. "The live music sessions in Doolin's pubs were unforgettable - arrive by 8:30 PM to get a good spot." You can also take a 40-minute ferry ride to the Aran Islands where Irish Gaelic is still spoken daily (€40 round trip).
- Days 5-6
Cliffs & Dingle Peninsula
Visit the Cliffs of Moher early around 8:30 AM before the tour buses arrive. Take the Shannon ferry to County Kerry and drive over Conor Pass, Ireland's highest mountain road, to reach Dingle. Spend two nights exploring the coastal views along Slea Head Drive. Book the Dingle Distillery tour (€15) in advance since spots fill up quickly.
- Days 7-8
Ring of Kerry & Killarney
Drive the Ring of Kerry and stop at Valentia Island. You can hike Bray Head or take a boat trip to the Skellig Islands if weather allows (€50). Stay in Killarney for two nights to see the national park. "Take the morning horse-drawn carriage ride through Killarney National Park - the light is best and you'll beat the crowds."
- Days 9-10
Medieval Kilkenny & Return

Set aside 3-4 hours to fully explore the exhibits.
- Days 3-4
Galway Region
Take the 2.5-hour drive west to Galway. Visit Kylemore Abbey in Connemara before 10 AM to avoid crowds. "The Abbey's walled gardens are incredible but bring a raincoat as Connemara weather changes quickly." On Day 4 take the 45-minute ferry to Inishmore. What people love about 10 day Ireland tours
- Best of Ireland
It was a very well organised program. We really enjoyed the tour. Some of the destinations were our life time dreams. It was possible to be there through Trafalgar. Well done Tour Radar for all your interest and efficiency.
- 10 Day Wild Irish Experience - Small Group Tour
Great tour with a focus on the fantastic west side of Ireland. Before our overnight stay our guide always told us some of the good places to eat and some nice pubs to visit at night. It was very good to see that when the surfing activity could not happen because the weather was too good to go surfing (who knew that could happen in Ireland) a replacement paddle boarding activity was quickly arranged. Highly recommended.
- Emerald Isle
Our guide Angels was awesome as well as our driver George. They both went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable The tour was great I felt like we saw so much of Ireland and it’s different landscspes
