Ship Overview
The Charcot is the first polar expedition ship to operate with hybrid propulsion, combining liquefied natural gas and electric batteries. This new vessel epitomizes more responsible and sustainable travel. All 123 suites and cabins feature a private balcony and range in size from 20 to 115 square meters. Features
All Prestige cabins feature glass-enclosed private balconies (approx. 5 m², accessible via a panoramic sliding door) and 24-hour room service. Complimentary internet and Wi-Fi access (availability depends on the navigation area) are also included. All cabins feature individually controlled air conditioning, a selection of premium toiletries, a complimentary minibar, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle. The cabins are equipped with a large double bed or two single beds, a wardrobe and ample storage space, a dressing table and hairdryer, Bose Bluetooth speakers, and a flat-screen TV with international channels (availability depends on the navigation area), as well as a wide selection of films.
The Prestige cabins are located on decks 6, 7 and 8 and are approximately 20 m² in size.
