Reviews of Small Group tours to Machu Picchu
- 7 Day package 'Trek to Machu Picchu through the Inca Trail'
Really fun trip and our service from the company was informative, friendly and timely.
- 04 Day Classic Inca Trail to Machu Picchu - Small Group Service
I booked the famous Inca Trail through this company, it was simply one of the best travel experiences I have had so far. I am a traveler who exercises regularly and hikes regularly, yet this route was quite challenging. To my great satisfaction, inkayni made the whole trip feel lighter. Every part of the trip was detailed and we were well taken care of. The motivation to continue and reach the camps was continuous. We had everything we needed to make our trek enjoyable and complete. The meals were taken care of. Our guide, Percy was considerate, attentive and resourceful. He briefed us carefully each night before our excursions and gave us many options to choose from. He has a great knowledge of Inca cultures and traditions and is quick to point out small details throughout the hike. Without Percy, this hike would have been much more difficult and not as much fun.
- Classic Inca Trail Trek 4D/3N to Machu Picchu (Group service )
We had an amazing experience with Alpaca. Email communication was prompt and clear, and service is impeccable. They’re also very well equipped for a hike, and the amazing porters carry everything from food to tables/chairs to portable toilets to ensure we’re well taken care of. And the meals the chef prepared on the hike using fresh ingredients on a simple stove was one of the best we’ve tasted in Peru! You can tell why they’re the top on Tripadvisor! Our guide Ruben was super friendly and knowledgeable, and very passionate about the Inca culture and history. He's also an amazing photographer that knows the best spots for pictures at all the sites! We went on the Huchuy Qosqo trek, which is a nice, quiet trail that allows you to take in the natural scenery and experience local. It is an easy trek, which suits us just perfect as we really want to experience the Inca trail but does not have the fitness level or enthusiasm for a difficult hike. Ruben was very patient and encouraging throughout the hike to keep us motivated, and offered advice and help to make sure we can complete the hike. Ruben’s a true Inca Warrior in our opinion ?
