Before your arrival I have contacted you via WhatsApp and made it very clear that you can contact me any time should you have any issue, any question or any problem. I wish you had brought those issues to my attention straight ahead so we could be more helpful to make your holiday more enjoyable. We have not double charged for the hotel. We have to allocate rooms months in advance for the new year time and we have both hotel and igloo so our clients can choose to stay in Igloo or hotel. On 31th Dec we had other clients staying at hotel. I don't know where you got this information but this is simply wrong. You were not double booked nor double charged for the same night. Dinner is made compulsory by the hotel at new year eve. we are sorry that you had problem and confusion with the dinner. This is hotel's responsibility and we will discuss this issue with the hotel and hope that they will improve their service.
