Dear Jneil, thanks a lot for finding the time to leave a review :) it is appreciated. Unfortunately in Italy is still possible to smoke open air and we cannot forbid this. Regarding the tour, we are very happy You have enjoyed and as You know, every day is filled in with an activity or tour or experience prebooked. A lot of our Guests prefer also to have a bit of free time for themselves :) so we leave when possible half day or some hours free. Was a pleasure to host You Stay safe massimo Sicily Activities - JA

Was a pleasure for us to host You :) Sorry if You have found our way of communication not so clear, even if You and all the group was responding to our daily communication on whatsapp. We prefer whatsapp because is a mobile app and it is much faster and direct than a email. Our guides on the day are totally at Your disposal for any info You may need and our back office is ready 24 hours to respond to all the eventual questions You should have :) We will take this into consideration however trying to improve this aspect. Do you have a past passenger discount?
Yes, we have. Please contact our team for more info.
Which kind of vehicles do you use?
We use A/C 5 or 8 seats Mercedes cars. We never include public transportation in our Itineraries.
Is it possible to adjust your itineraries?
Our Private Itineraries can be fully customized, so any wishes and requests are welcome! We can slightly adjust also the Small Group Itineraries with Fixed Departures, depends on request.
Are there luggage size/weight restrictions on your tours?
Our company is one of the few who has no restrictions on your luggage size/weight.

All types of travelers are welcome! Usually our guests are mid aged very experienced travelers, who are used to small group, private and personalized tours. Very demanding and very curious about all the aspects of Sicilian culture, lifestyle and history.
