Dear Andrea, Thank you for leaving a review for your tour to Loch Ness, Glencoe and the Highlands. All other passengers returned to the coach at the appointed time and we did try to contact you on the number provided to see if you could return to the coach. As you were left at the Clansman Hotel, and had to make your own way back, we have provided a partial refund.
