Roxane· June 17th, 2024I loved this tour. I do love sailing though and was under no illusion about the conditions on the boat. Others weren't so happy - haha. I love G Adventures and they always do a great job. It was mostly each destination planned out by the skipper and then we were left to our own devices once we got there, but i think it depends on your skipper how involved they are in showing you around. If you could only do one week, do the Athens - Mykonos week. You get to see some Saronic Islands as well as Cycladic, which gives a more interesting/stimulating tour in my opinion. But then the waters were warmer and the beaches spectacular the further south you go (but that could have been coming further into summer). The food on the boat was a bit annoying when everyone has varying food requirements, but whatever. Bear in mind you're expected to give your skipper CEO a tip on top of the tour cost. All in all an amazing way to get to see the Greek Islands. I didn't want to leave. Literally spent several days trying to change my flights so I could have another week on the boat!
