- Day 1 On arrival in Kathmandu, meet our staff at the airport and transfer to a decent hotel.
- Day 2 Fly to Lukla 2,820 m (30 mins flights) trek to Phakding 2,640 m
- Day 3 Trek to Namche Bazaar 3,440 m
- Day 4 Rest at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization and excursion.
- Day 5 Trek to Tyangboche / Tengboche 3,867 m (or Deboche)
- Day 6 Trek to Dingboche 4,365 m (or Pheriche)
- Day 7 Another rest at Dingboche for acclimatization and local hike.
- Day 8 Trek to Lobuche 4,890 m
- Day 9 Trek to Everest Base Camp 5,364 m and at Gorakshep 5,180 m
- Day 10 Morning climbs Kalapathar at 5,545 m and then flies by Helicopter from Gorakshep Everest base camp to Kathmandu.

The trek far exceeded our expectations! Everything was super smooth and Peregrine Treks was super easy to work with, from booking to finish! We are three American girls in our 40s and seriously loved our experience. Our guide, Mingma, made it even better. Ask for him if you’re able to!!!! We got sick before and trek and along the way and he was always there with whatever we needed to make it better. I could go on and on. Seriously book this trek, if you’re thinking about it!!! The only thing I’d add is that if you do the option without lunch and dinner, don’t bring your own! We packed our jetboil and 24 meals each thinking we had to provide our own meals.
