Arturo· April 9th, 2024Where to start? The driver who picked me up at 2:30 am was falling asleep on the highway. I even offered my coffee to which he replied he didn't drink coffee. We were at 30km/h on the high speed lane. I asked him several times if he was ok or if he needed help with the driving. He replied he was going slow becase the toll plaza was near (which it wasn't). Finally, halfway to Agra he stopped for a walk and a cup of tea. When he returned to the car, he looked more awake and started to watch instagram reels while driving. I understand it is a hard job, as they drive +400km every day, but they should be more responsible when a tour includes driving on a highway, and that includes the tour operator with the drivers rotations. On the way back the story was not very different as we had to stop again half way to Delhi and he was even splashing water on his face while driving. Anyway, we arrived to Agra. We picked up the guide. The Taj tour was spotless. Fast entry, the guide was knowledgeable but a bit rushy towards the end, as he only wanted to give me 15 minutes to enter and walk the actual monument. After the Taj, it was breakfast time. Great breakfast at a great location. Then the guide asked me if I wanted to see Agra Fort from the outside or inside. Like... what? that's included in the tour, isn't it? same story with the "Baby Taj". Now, one of the main reasons why I chose this tour over others, was because in the reviews did not see any of those reviews that mention that tourists are taken to "see artisans doing some handicrafts". Well, guess what? this "was included in the tour"! and in this case the guide didn't ask me if I wanted to see the artisans "from the outside or the inside", he took me there and wait for me outside, leaving me with these people who obviously will try to sell something to you. So, overall poor experience. It was not bad as we didn't have any accident and got to see the Taj. Bottom line. If you book with them, make sure you have travel insurance just in case.Show more

- SLSarah· November 19th, 2019This tour was fantastic and I would recommend it for any solo female travelers looking for a safe and interesting tour. My driver (Akhilesh) got me to Agra in time for the sunrise, even though we had a delay leaving Delhi, and my guide (Nadeem) was an amazing photographer and storyteller. The only downside was that we had finished all the sightseeing (Taj, Baby Taj and Agra fort) well before lunch, so maybe including one other activity to fill the time for people who aren't staying in Agra would have been good.
