- Richard· October 1st, 2024We were disappointed there was no group get together for an 1hr at the Bonnington hotel for people to get acquainted, found the bus too cramped, some of the tour stops too short, eg Bath, and surprised by the requests( 3 or 4 statements during mid tour) for tipping both the tour guide and driver (no up front advise in the tour descriptions but buried deep down in the conditions, which said in any case that tipping was discretionary)Show moreTrip date: September 2024

- LNLuana· July 23rd, 2024This was the worst vacation ever! Several of the hotels we stayed in were so filthy, I kept socks next to the bed to put on when I woke up so I wouldn’t have to walk on the disgusting carpet in bare feet. You’ll see Ireland alright, but through the bus windows. What the itinerary doesn’t tell you is that although you pass through several points of interest, you rarely stop for longer than 30 to 60 minutes. When we did stop, the guide would suggest we grab food. But there wasn’t enough time to go into a restaurant and sit down for a meal. Often, it was too early so most restaurants weren’t even open. I attended all the dinner excursions, but the food was so bad I rarely ate it. In fact, I lost 10 pounds while I was there. Not a diet plan I’d recommend! And forget about having time to check into your hotel and clean up and dress for dinner. Again, we typically had only 30 minutes or less before they put you back on the bus to drive another hour or two to where we would eat.Show moreTrip date: June 2024

- ACindy· July 6th, 2023The Irish Pub excursion was awesome and a favorite part of our time in Ireland. The Dooley restaurant was very disappointing. The lunch menu was very small and they were already out of burgers at 12:45 pm. The beef stew was not good. Please find a different restaurant with better food. In Wales, the center city of Cardiff was full of garbage everywhere, many drunken people, addicts, and homeless people. The shops were closed early and not open when we were given time to shop. This was very disappointing; not at all appropriate for families. We were to go on an excursion but that got cancelled so we walked to center city. This was not enjoyable for us - 2 adults. The restaurant in London was Argentine and the food was all spicey. Pleaes provide a mainstream restaurant - many people were complaining to each other and could not eat the food.Show moreTrip date: June 2023Review collected by Cosmos
