  Our 3-day, 2-night safari to Nyerere National Park (formerly Selous Game Reserve) with Migration Venture Africa was an unforgettable experience. The park’s natural beauty, combined with excellent service, made this trip a true adventure. My friends and my family were left amazed by the trip, wilderness ooohh! After arriving at the park, we were transferred to our lodge, where we enjoyed warm hospitality and stunning views. Our first game drive introduced us to the park’s rich wildlife—elephants, giraffes, and buffaloes were just a few of the incredible sightings. The guides were knowledgeable and passionate, making the experience even more enriching. Day two was packed with excitement. We spent the morning on a game drive, where we encountered lions, wild dogs, and hippos. In the afternoon, a boat safari along the Rufiji River gave us a unique perspective of the park, with close encounters with crocodiles and hippos. The peaceful boat ride was a great contrast to the intensity of the land safaris. On our final morning, we had a last game drive to catch a glimpse of any wildlife we hadn’t yet seen. Afterward, we enjoyed a hearty breakfast and headed back to Dar es Salaam. Nyerere National Park is a hidden gem, offering abundant wildlife and stunning landscapes without the crowds. Migration Venture Africa’s expert guides and seamless organization made this a fantastic safari.   Our recent safari with Migration Venture Africa to Nyerere National Park was nothing short of spectacular! From start to finish, the experience exceeded all our expectations, making it an unforgettable adventure for my family and me. Our guide, Peter, and the driver were both outstanding. Peter's deep knowledge of the park, its wildlife, and its ecosystems was evident from the start. His warm and friendly nature, coupled with a genuine passion for what he does, made us feel right at home in the heart of the African wilderness.
