- MMMorgan· October 30th, 2019My friend Matt and I did the 3 day Inca Trail hike. We are both in our mid 20s, flew there the night before the hike (would NOT recommend) and started the ascent the next day. Our group was the two of us the guide, mule helper and two chefs. The service and ratio of staff for our group was overwhelming in a positive way. This was our first guide led hike and we did not have any expectations as to what to expect. The experience was fantastic our guide was fluent in English, provided some great history tipits of the country and region. We felt safe the entire time, went at a comfortable speed and ate fantastic food along the way. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.Show more

His stories and knowledge of the area including Machu Picchu was excellent. We travelled with our 12 year old son and Kevin was very patient and understanding of our needs. Our Hotel in Aguas calientes did not have hot water, but this was not Trexexperience fault.
