- MKMarta· August 8th, 2024Overl all I had quite a good time, the hotels and itinerary were nice. A few issues though, there were no night time/ evening activities. I would have like to see the cities by night. Also the overall customer demographic did not suit me, again it would have been nice to have some younger people to do evening activities with . I would like to add Miguel was an exceptional driver, very friendly and professional. Had lovely guide Javier plus local guides Dana and Alas were so so good. Just enough pace to suit us and our teenage son. The drivers drove very well and the buses were tidy and clean. - CLChristine· June 5th, 2024No one at Amsterdam airport meeting me. Had help from other agencies. Called hotel to make sure I had a reservation. Took cab to hotel, I was reimbursed for this. Taken to wrong hotel in Prague. Had to re-pack at 10pm after dinner. Tour: oddest tour I have taken. I have taken many. It was a tour like a Hop on Hop off tour, with hotel. People coming and going, to join another tour or be done. First day great group, next day they are off to Paris. Last day another great group. Then I was done. Middle group, complaining every day, with them for 4 days. Obviously difficult to bond with anyone on this type of tour. Rhonda· February 22nd, 2024The tour was good. The hotels were great and the breakfasts were plentiful. The bus driver was very safe and helpful with bags. The guides were of varying satisfaction. I was disappointed that the itinerary stated key sights we would visit but we didn’t actually go inside and free time didn’t allow for all the visits I wanted to do and we didn’t see everything on the itinerary.
