Prior to travel we had lots of communication from the travel company to assist in adequate lodging reservation, confirmation of our trip, and establishing communication beforehand to ensure we were set up for success! Our guide, Nguyen Viet Anh, on the first day was fantastic. Very informative and helpful, plus had a great sense of humor! This day had a lot packed in but he did a good job managing us to get through timely! The accommodation were good. I enjoyed the family style dinner and the pool.
