- Dharapani to Chame (2725m).
- Trek to Pisang (3300 meters) 5 hours
- Trek to Manang (3540 meters) 5 hours
- Acclimatization day at Manang village
- Trek to Khangsar Village
- Trekking to Tilicho Base Camp
- Trek to Tilicho Lake and back down to Tilicho Base Camp(4,710 m)
