The tour was incredibly enjoyable, and special praise goes to our tour guide, Hung, who was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, making the trip truly memorable. Everything ran smoothly, from comfortable hotels to air-conditioned transport, a particularly welcome feature in the 38°C heat. The overnight train experience was unforgettable, and the bike ride, thanks to Hung's encouragement, became a highlight of the tour. By the end, it felt like leaving family as the group connected so well. Thanks again to Hung and Bravo Tours for providing such a wonderful experience.

We've just returned from an amazing holiday with Bravo Indochina, and it was truly unforgettable. We appreciated their responsible approach to tourism, including activities like tree planting for a Cambodian village. The guides were fantastic, providing interesting insights into their countries' lives, ensuring our safety, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Our friends are in awe of the diverse activities we experienced, from tai chi on a junk boat in Halong Bay to a 14km cycle ride to an organic farming village. Although the itinerary is busy with some early starts, the higher-than-expected standard of accommodation and excellent arranged meals made it all worthwhile. From start to finish, we couldn't fault the tour and are left with memories to last a lifetime. Bravo Indochina Tours come highly recommended, and we look forward to traveling with them again. Many thanks to everyone involved!

We had a fantastic time on our well-organized tour. The attention to detail was evident from the start, with a warm welcome at the airport a day before the tour commenced. The trip was efficiently managed with constant reminders, ensuring a smooth schedule without delays for dawdlers. Our favorite parts included the Back Streets of Hanoi day tour, the junk boat cruise in Ha Long Bay, and the experiences in Hoi An. The option to choose from optional tours added to the flexibility of the journey, allowing us to tailor our experience. A special thanks to On The Go Tours for their exceptional service even after the tour concluded. The kindness shown by Xieu and Bravo Indochina Tours during this time was truly memorable.

I recently completed the Grand of Indochina Tour, a 25-day adventure that left me in awe of the stunning diversity, rich culture, and warm hospitality of the Indochin. The tour was itself to include numerous cities and day trips, each revealing a unique facet of this remarkable part of the world. The accommodations provided were consistently exceptional, offering comfort and convenience in each destination. What truly set this tour apart, however, was the outstanding team of local guides and the exceptional coordination by Ms. Ha. The guides' knowledge and passion for their regions added depth to the cultural exploration, and their warm hospitality made us feel like welcomed guests. Ms. Ha, our tour coordinator, was a dedicated companion who ensured that every aspect of the tour ran smoothly. Her attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident from the beginning to the end of the journey. It's a journey I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a comprehensive and immersive exploration of Indochina.

Firstly I would like to say I had a fantastic time. There are however some areas that I feel could be improved hence the 4 star review. Ive also added a few tips which I hope will be useful. Prior to the trip there was huge lack of communication. I messaged Bravo Indochina through the Tour Radar portal and I literally had no response for weeks to the point where Tour Radar were also chasing. I was travelling alone which I have done numerous times before but do expect clear communication and instructions prior to the trip. I still had unanswered queries the day before my departure and although I had been sent the itinerary there were quite a few errors particularly with the flights. This all created unnecessary stress especially given Visas were required for all three countries. Whilst I had understood that this would not be a fully accompanied tour I had thought there would be a consistent group of people and some continuity with Guides at least within each country. Instead I was on a series of day trips, sometimes with other people, sometimes alone and with a different guide pretty much each day with the odd exception. Obviously Im talking from a solo traveller point of view but this was extremely disappointing and I wouldn't have booked this particularly trip if Id known as I wanted to travel in a group. Luckily I'm perfectly happy travelling alone so I just embraced this so as not to spoil my holiday. Teo from BravoIndochina was on hand via WhatsApp through out the trip but If you are a solo traveller looking to travel as part of a larger group this is not the trip for you. Flight/ start times in general seem to be arbitrary, also the note on the trip description about no early start times is not true. Its not a problem but I generally had meet times of 7:30am and sometimes earlier. Know your itinerary as there were several occasions where things that hadn't been communicated back to actual the guide but are included within cost already. Once checked they were included no problem but would have been overlooked if I hadn't mentioned. Guides were all generally very good, informative and really helpful so no issues there. There was no welcome dinner as noted in the itinerary, I was dropped off at a hotel with pick up for the first trip the following day. Hotels were not all up to scratch, at my first hotel (Blue Diamond Luxury in Ho Chi Minh) I was given a room which had no window, bugs and the room was very damp so smelt bad too. The hotel itself was nice and great location but rooms unsatisfactory. BravaIndochina did change it for me when I complained though, and also swapped out a few of other hotels. In general there does seem to be a damp issue in most hotels in Vietnam, but they all swapped out for another room when I asked. All hotel staff were very friendly and tried to accommodate needs as best they could. At Orchid hotel in Hue I couldn’t fault the staff, they were lovely and hotel nice but very noisy as in backpackers district, also had noisy generator above as room was on the top floor. The itinerary was changed to include a short high speed train journey between Vang Vieng and Luang Prabang due to customer complaints that the car journey was unpleasant. The train was really quick, It’s 40mins train journey and very efficient so you get some free time in Luang Prubang which is great. However a few things to be aware of on arrival at the station; you need to show passport with ticket, your bags are scanned and if they pick up any aerosols they make you unpack and confiscate the aerosols. I’d been on five flights travelled half way around the world and had my insect repellant confiscated for a 40 minute train journey. The drive between Siem Reap and Phnom Penh includes for some temple visits and a stop over at Kompong Thom. I personally would have preferred to have driven all the way to Phnom Penh, whilst its a long drive its broken up with visits and lunch. The lunch was in a very strange place, basically a restaurant in an empty carpark with no-one in the restaurant so think this needs to be changed. The hotel was nice and had a pool but not near anything. I would have rather had another night in Pnomh Penh. As is normal in South East Asia you need to cover up shoulders and knees to enter temples; this is any temple and needs to be a physical t-shirt, trousers they will not accept a scarf across as they inspect underneath. You will also need to adopt this dress code for palaces and war/ genocide related places. Overall I did have a lovely holiday but would strongly recommend that hotels are reviewed and care is taken to properly communicate and be clear about what this trip actually is. As a traveller you need to be on the ball to make sure you are getting what you have paid for.
