- APAshley· March 22nd, 2021DO NOT BOOK AN EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!! They left me STRANDED in the middle of nowhere!! If I could give 0 stars I would!! They were not good at communicating. I was scared, crying and 45 minutes away from my hotel — none the less, ON MY BIRTHDAY! I tried to call the guide Alejandro to come back, but he would not help us. Luckily I was able to get an Uber back home, but the host Alejandro was NO HELP at all. I paid $160 to be left traumatized about the whole situation. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Alejandro did not care about the well being of the people on the tour nor made it clear that he was not going to wait. All he did was give us a phone number to get a refund back. However, money was wasted because we had to get an Uber back. We also were getting food when he left us, which we did not even get to pay for or get because we were rushing out of the market, only for the host to leave us anyways! We told Alejandro several times we were walking out already and he did not care and left. This is so unprofessional, traumatic and abusive!!!!Show moreTrip date: March 2021
