  Sonia, our organisational contact prior and during, was prompt in responding and very accommodating. She was supportive before and during, and answered all of our questions. She also kindly made changes to the order of stops on the tour to allow us to see all the sights we wanted to. She also organised for some yoga classes as requested. Our guides were all very knowledgeable and our driver, Ram, was fantastic. He was always sensitive to our needs and providing delicious treats along the way as well as plentiful water in the hot weather. Even providing a pillow for us to rest on the longer drives. Learning about life in India from him was fascinating. Deepest thanks for his generosity. Particular thanks to Manjit, our guide in Delhi, and Himanshu our guide in Agra for their kind hearted, genuine and highly informed guidance.

  We had an amazing time with Joyful Holidays and I can 100% attribute our experience to our amazing driver Parveen. I visited India for 8 days with 3 of my friends. We began in New Delhi, then traveled to Agra and Jaipur. Sonia, who organized our tour was so kind and responsive and made sure to organize the perfect itinerary. Our driver Parveen was perfect. He provided EXCELLENT service and was so attentive and funny! We always felt safe and comfortable the entire 8 days. He has been doing this for 20 years and it shows. Parveen knew each city like the back of his hand and was able to provide tons of local cultural knowledge that provided a ton of context for the city’s history. If you are coming to India, I 1000% recommend booking a tour with Joyful Holidays. You will not regret it.

  Very well organised, good communication, good 5 star hotels selection with great service, comfortable rooms, good food. Our driver Mr Chander was always on time, polite, drove safely, definitely a pleasure to ride with him on the tour. Our guides in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur were knowledgeable, informative and answered all our questions. We didn’t have to queue at attractions which was very good. Overall, we will definitely recommend your tour. We didn’t get the opportunity to experience a female guide but understand why not as they are reserved for female only tourists.

  We had a great time on a 6 day Golden Triangle tour with Joyful Holidays. The communication with Sonia both before and during the trip was excellent, and it was easy to make changes to the itinerary, including adding airport pick up and an extra night’s stay. Sonia checked in throughout the trip to ensure everything was ok. The itineraries were packed with lots of interesting things to see and do. The hotels were comfortable, with the hotel in Jaipur a standout - it was absolutely beautiful. Our tour guides Karan, Vijay and Munindra (Mr Money) were great - very informative and willing to adapt itineraries to our wishes. A highlight was our driver Raj who was there throughout our trip and made everything comfortable - he was always punctual, kind, fun, told us about local culture and remembered the drinks we liked! It was these small touches that made the trip extra special. All in all this trip was brilliant for our first time visiting India - thank you!

  It was incredibly well-organized, insightful and crafted with a lot of care for the tourists. It's suitable for couples and solo female travelers. You have constant communication with Sonia (the tour organizer) and the designated driver (Rampal was so lovely), which makes you feel safe and in good hands. The tour guides were professional and friendly - we learned so much! The sightseeing schedule is adapted to what the tourists want to see/value, which gave us flexibility and enough time without feeling rushed.

  An excellent tour, a really good base for exploration of India. Our driver mr. Shiva provided a comfortable drive and was fantastic company and all the tour guides were very knowledgeable about the sites we visited.

  It was a very good experience, navigating India is tough and is better to do it with a good tour service. Mr. Shiva, our driver, was as kind and attentive as possible, and the choice of guides was really good as well. Hotels are basic but very good for Indian standards.

  This trip has been the best experience visiting different places in North India. Each place is unique and wonderful. The trip was perfect due to the care and attention of joyful holidays.   I have enjoyed all of it, the hotels, Delhi, and Agra. Taj Mahal is breathtaking. Jaipur was stunning and beautiful, and all the guides were very helpful, informative and friendly, and our driver was friendly. All the hotels were superb, comfortable, and in nice areas.
