Pat· April 21st, 2025Regarding the TourRadar pkg. It was so nice. The problems we had were caused by our airline service thru Turkish airlines. Originally had a 1.45 hr layover in Turkey, which was rescheduled to a 12 hr layover. Upon our return to the states, again Turkish airlines took 2 hrs to unload luggage from plane to baggage pick up. Not cool when you've been on an 11 hr flight.Show more

- li· November 4th, 2024Dissatisfied with the transfer service. We arrived at the Mykonos ferry port and the driver did not come to pick us up. After contacting him, he did not stop even though he saw us walking in the parking lot with our luggage, and drove past us to pick up another couple. When we got in the car, his attitude was very unfriendly, while he was very friendly to the local couple. - LouAnn· October 30th, 2024Overall great experience. Communication with the tour team was very good. We had a glitch with one pick up location but it was quickly resolved. A couple of the hotel accommodations were not the best. One hotel in Athens was in a bad neighborhood and not safe for walking. Also the location was not near activities or tour bus pick up. We used Uber to navigate the area. The islands of Greece were beautiful and an enjoyable experience. We arranged several private tours which gave us a chance to tour with locals. We were immersed in the history and culture. Our private island hopping experience was great. - Jan· October 24th, 2024Love the trip, though not long enough on Islands. Personally could have given Santorini a miss. Transfers were great, except for one. He didn't know where accommodation was, so dropped us off and pointed in wrong direction. That accommodation was poor, no window and very scarce in furnishings. All else was great. Typically we do our own booking and itinerary but using TourRadar removed all of that time and effort. We had concerns regarding hotel quality and transfers to and from each venue but found the hotels were all very adequate and transfers were all on time and proved to be absolutely effortless and worry free. If we did have a problem, communication through the booking platform worked great and situations were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We even wanted to upgrade one of the hotels during our vacation with a special request for a magical sunset view on the island of Santorini which was met to the absolute highest degree.
