    The cabins were nice, the staff were very good, the food was delicious, the tours were interesting, and the Cruise Director, in particular, was excellent. Would not recommend going as a single traveller, however, as vast majority were couples or friends travelling together, so it was quite cliquey with the same people sitting together at meals, especially dinner. Plus, it was 90% Australians and Kiwis, and a broader mix of nationalities would have made it more interesting. The best part was seeing all of the various cities and towns along the rivers. Very nice trip overall.

    The tour was very well executed and the only criticism I have is that we spent much of the time on trains, buses and ferries. We did not have enough time on the ground to explore the towns and cities we passed through. We did have plenty of time to immerse ourselves in the major points of interest such as the Giant's Causeway, the Cliffs of Moher, Blarney Castle, and Hillsborough Castle. We covered a lot of territory, the accommodations were exceptional (as was the food) and our guide did a wonderful job of making sure that we got the most possible out of the trip.

    • For any tour departing before August 23rd, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 23rd, 2025, a minimum payment of $1,100 is required to confirm your booking with Travel Marvel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 120 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
