Hotel accommodation was beyond unacceptable (1 star at best) and private car was old without functioning seat belts. Tour company did not advocate for me so had to buy a whole new hotel again despite showing photos of the filthy mattresses and dirty pool (not to mention unsafe surroundings) at our 'five star' hotel.
