- Kameel· July 16th, 2024The tour leader Elina from Riga was excellent. We saw everything on the 2024 itinerary. Arrangements were complete and orderly. The only concern was being left to find our own way from the Old Town to the hotel rather than meeting place with a tour transfer bus, like Europa Mundo does.Show more
- Suresh· September 24th, 2024It was a good, well organised tour led by Janis.Show more
- Patricia· September 15th, 2024My friend and I had a wonderful time in Lithuania. There were a couple things that definitely need improvement. At the Rinno hotel in Vilnius we were not aware there was no elevator. Upon arrival, the hotel host was kind enough to take our luggage up three flights of stairs. Leaving early in the morning, no hotel clerk was there to help. So we both struggled getting our bags down the stairs. There needs to be arrangements made for the guest before hand if they need help with their bags. Secondly, taking the car back to the airport was a horrible experience. Never given any direction on where to drop the car off. Just the airport. We asked the guy who picked us up and delivered us the car. He response was…at the airport. If we had not been early we may have missed our flight trying to figure out where to leave the car. Not reading or speaking Lithuanian made it very hard. That was not acceptable as the hospitality industry. This may seem harsh but it is exactly how it happened. Hopefully it will get addressed and be improved for future travelers. Thank you kindly, Charlotte BeardShow more
