    I had booked both the South Coast, Diamond Beach / Jökulsarlon glacier lagoon and the Golden Circle & Scheemobil tour. In both cases, according to the bus drivers, I was not on the list for pick-up. As a result, we stood in the cold in the drizzle for 70 minutes on February 11, 2025 and were not picked up, although we had asked about 30 buses at the correct bus station. We were also over-punctual. When we called the organizer, we were told that they had been there and were now on their way. I wanted a clarification and a refund, but Reykjavik Sightseeing is pimping Secret Escapes and they are ignoring my complaint. I would like a refund, because the next day the same thing happened again when we wanted to go to the Golden Circle. The first bus was only marked Airport and Blue Lagoon, but we asked anyway. Again they said we weren't on the list and I insisted on looking at the list and lo and behold, we were on it! Then we were taken to the bus terminal in Reykjavik and the next bus also said we weren't on the list and when I went through, we were! If I hadn't persisted, we would have missed this one too. So this procedure seems to occur more often.
