- APatricia· April 30th, 2023Nickolas was our tour guide and he was fabulous. We think he deserves a huge raise. We stopped at Autogrill Aglio in Barberino and the manager was extremely rude to us. We believe it was because we are black. Nick stepped in and stopped the manager from berating us and apologized for the behavior. He promised that he would not be using that business ever again. One time some of the group got lost while walking to dinner in Venice and Nick found them and returned them to the location. He was wonderful! - ABrian· April 10th, 2023From the moment we arrived at the first hotel, Erica our tour guide for the week, helped us become oriented, and never failed to keep us informed of the day's events and guided us through each day. She went out of her way to make sure that we had all the materials we needed, information necessary to navigate where we were traveling, and even took care of the meals that we enjoyed together as a group. We really enjoyed the extra effort she put in take care of the group, and her patients when things were trying at times. As a representative for Globus, she was quite impressive.
