- Rhonda· April 21st, 2025Just finished the 8d tour around Iceland. Was overall a fabulous trip and I would highly recommend it! Thor was absolutely fabulous. He made sure we saw everything including several extra stops which added extra value. Only thing I was not thrilled about was the horseback riding. The horses and people were fabulous. but would be better if we had more freedom to actually ride the horses and not just walk in a line on a trail. Iceland is a great country and people were all friendly.Show more

Especially on the 3 day tour section, he was able to flex the trip based on weather expectations to show us the best that could be seen given the weather at the time. The accommodations were comfortable. Highlights for me were 5 consecutive days of Northern Lights, hikes through glaciers, ice caves and lava caves as well as the splendid southern and eastern coasts. A big thank you to our tour guide, John, for sharing his love of Iceland and for capably hauling us around this incredible country. Highly recommend!Show more
