One thing I would change- eliminate fish market in Palermo and go ona tour inside Massimo Teatro instead. Overall, great tour. Food was ok, some local foods were not edible but maybe it’s just me. Meals included a little too abundant but we appreciated the attempt to introduce Sicilian cuisine. A very well organized tour, we like also the professionalism of the guide and the organizing staff.
