- LLLeah· April 4th, 2025Not really a tour, more of a travel agent booking transportation, hotel.. if we had known before the tour that the Santorini part was cancelled, we would have booked tours on Paros and Mykonos. The ferry from Mykonos to Santorini was cancelled, but we were offered a plane ride from Mykonos to Athens, Athens to Santorini. This would have given us only 15 hours on Santorini, including sleep, so was impractical and not worth it. We were booked for a second night in Mykonos, but at a different hotel. The first hotel was AWESOME! Loved it! The second was ok- we could hear through the walls and floors, and knew what our neighbors were up to.Show moreTrip date: March 2025

- JZJames· October 1st, 2024Unfortunately, the beauty of the Island’s didn’t marry up with the broken promises from the Tour Guide the Private Tour of Greece. All the ferries ran extremely late, not this company's fault; but they had ample opportunities to move us to different ferries that would have taken different routes to get us there earlier and these weren’t explored. Sitting in Ports for 1.5-2 hours meant we missed out on breakfast which had been prepaid. Most Ports are only 5 to 10 minutes away from the hotels even with traffic we could’ve left an hour before and still had plenty of time to board the Ferries instead of sitting in the hot sun, from Hotels that weren’t 4-star as we paid for the upgrade including broken aircon’s we coped it all. Saying that after complaining in my native tongue of Greek, I was able to sort out these issues but not with their help. We took a night tour to Delios which we paid extra for and were told would be a 5-hour excursion but only ran for 3 hours as it always does in the afternoon. Lies and misinformation to mismanagement to disrespecting me by not even getting my last name correct when responding to my messages. They tried to make good by booking us flights from Santorini back to Athens as the ferry had been delayed by 2 hours and wouldn’t get back until 8 pm when we had a 5.30 pm scheduled landing they made us pay for our luggage on top??? Look don’t get me wrong if it had been organised okay and we had spent less time on ferries and more time on the islands; It would’ve been a beautiful experience. Just need to be more upfront in the situation and pitfalls not as lackadaisical as they were. Since you’re only there one day, you lose time waiting and trying to get a taxi.
