- Day 1 Fly to Lukla (2810 meters) and trek to Phakding. (2610 meters).
- Day 2 Trek to Namche Bazaar. (3440 meters).
- Day 3 Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar.
- Day 4 Trek to Thyangboche. (3860 meters).
- Day 5 Trek to Dingboche. (4220 meters).
- Day 6 Acclimatization day at Dingboche.
- Day 7 Trek to Lobuche. (4910 meters).
- Day 8 Trek to Gorakshep. (5180 meters) Continue to Everest Base Camp and back to Gorakshep.
- Day 9 Gorakshep – Kalapatthar (5545m/18192ft) then trek back to Lobuche (4910 meters/16105ft), 12-13 Km, 6 hours.
- Day 10 Trek from Lobuche to Tengboche (3860m/14464ft), 5-6 Hrs hours
- Day 11 Trek Tengboche to Namche (3440m/11283ft), Duration- 4-5 hours
- Day 12 Namche to Lukla (2800m/9184ft) Walking Distance – 18 to 19 km, Duration – 7 hours
- Day 13 Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu
