We expected that something would miss along the way but, everything was on time and we were always expected on arrival. Our guides were amazing. Beth· October 8th, 2023The good- Jose was an exceptional tour guide for our trips around Lisbon and Porto. All pickups occurred although some were up to 30 min late. Lisbon Hotels were central enough to be able to walk to restaurants etc Needs improvement Porto Hotel was not close to anything. Made it hard to find dinner etc. taxis were non existent The tour guide in Azores was awful. Only spoke when he was asked a question, provided no insights Incredibly stupid that we had to fly from Azores to Lisbon to fly home. Over 4 extra hours of travel and time in Lisbon airport. Direct flights to Toronto. Some people had their luggage included and others didn’t for what appears to be the same cost. Seems to get a deal you had to negotiate….not customer friendly practice.
