  It would be nice to get complete itinerary and times before the tour as we could have booked other things like future museum in advance rather than paying three times the amount in the last minute I was surprised there was only one other family in the group Communication before the tour was difficult and 3/4 days to get any answers for the questions

  To Whom It May Concern, I'll start from the beginning. Once we were dropped off at Mercure Barsha Height Hotel. There was no reservations for the four of us. It took us almost two hours to get the rooms. We still had not received our itinerary for the week nor the whatsapp contact information. I had to request both again upon our arrival. Day 2-Guided Dubai city tour with Dubai Frame was to include ride across dubai creek, gold and spice souk. The driver Hasan told us that was apart of the tour for us on day 2 so we showed him the itinerary and then he called in. He took us over there and only allowed us 15 minutes at gold and 15 minutes at the spice souk. This was bad because he did not want to do it and it showed because we were not given the allotted time we were suppose to have. We were put in the middle of an issue that was not our to handle. I will not ever use Tour Radar again because to not have a handle on the 3rd party companies you use is not good. I had given the company information to others and now to have used it was not a great experience. The hotel was more like a 3 star instead of a 4 star, if it was not for the excellent customer service the hotel provided I would have been requesting part of our money back.

  My recent trip to Dubai with this tour was absolutely incredible! From the moment I arrived at Dubai International Airport, I knew I was in for a treat. The guided city tour showcased the best of Dubai, and the Dubai Frame provided breathtaking views. The adventure-packed day at the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Aquarium, and Underwater Zoo left me in awe. The desert safari with BBQ dinner was a thrilling experience, and the Dubai Miracle Garden and Dhow Cruise Dinner were mesmerizing. The free exploration day allowed me to discover Dubai at my own pace. Overall, the tour was exceptionally well-organized, and the guides were knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this tour for an unforgettable Dubai adventure!

This 7-day package allowed us to explore the magnificent city of Dubai and its iconic landmarks, all while enjoying top-notch service and seamless organization. From the moment we landed at Dubai International Airport, we were warmly greeted by the company's representative who guided us through a smooth check-in process and provided us with all the necessary information for our trip. The pre-trip meeting was informative, and we felt well-prepared for the adventures that awaited us. Our second day kicked off with a guided Dubai city tour, where we got to witness the city's impressive architecture, vibrant culture, and rich history.   Some thing I didn’t like being at the mall for so long. Sea aquarium can see that at home. Loved the tallest building still there at the mall to long. loved shopping at Gold souk and going to the Mosque. Hated Aaya universe like something for kids. The Museum was a joke while we was there they argued about money between themselves. Didn’t get to see the culture until we went to mosque and gold souk market .

  A lot of time was wasted waiting for tickets to the aquarium and zoo. We could have explored the mall for the hour instead of waiting on tickets. We also had to do unnecessary walking at the mall for the guide to show us where to meet after events. We could have used the time to explore the mall. We also had to wait at least an hour at the marina in the heat while dressed for our cruise. No one told us why!! These days were not as organized as others!!
