- Day 4 Trek from Manang to Yak Kharka/Ledar (4200m) 4-5 hours.
- Day 5 Trek from Yak Kharka/Ledar to Thorong Phedi (4,560m) 3-4 hours.
- Day 6 Cross Thorong La Pass (5,416m) then trek to Muktinath (3,802m) & drive to Jomsom (2,500m) 8-10 hours.
