Pablo's knowledge of the country and his command of the English language were extraordinary. Bruno was there every step of the way helping and making the experience enjoyable. Our guides were very flexible as our small group was fairly demanding. The guides on the Galapagos were a little less outgoing and informative but pleasant nonetheless. I have travelled with several different tour companies in the past and although I have had great experiences with most of them, Wingbuddy will be my first choice from now on.Show more

- MPMark· April 5th, 2024We booked this tour based on their web site stating that the group would be NO MORE than 16 people MAX. Wingbuddy went ahead and combined 2 of the groups they had sent on this tour to make one large group. They then tried to pass it off as ok as they say they had more than one guide on the ONE BUS (overcrowded and could not even hold all the luggage without sticking it in the isles or where ever in the main cabin of the bus). This made for a horrible tour where it was tough to see things on excursions, eat at the same table with just our group, or have a comfortable and SAFE bus ride to excursions. THEY BROKE THEIR PROMISE OF 16 people MAX and are now just blowing us off! We personally WOULD NEVER USE THEM or recommend them as we did try to contact them many times during the last 5 days of the trip and they only got back as we were packing to head home. They replied they would get back within 30 days... Big deal!!.Show more
