- Charlotte· April 17th, 2025Our tour was an unqualified success. It was well planned and well executed, offering an interesting mix of historical and contemporary points of interest in Turkey. The pacing of the tour was excellent, interspersing visits to historical sites with those relevant to modern Turkish industry including carpet, pottery, textile, jewellery and leather wear production. The food, lodging and transportation provided were good and comfortable Our guide, Ali was superb. His knowledge of the history and culture of the civilizations that have inhabited the area was encyclopedic. He was able to provide context.that greatly amplified the understanding g of the importance of the many sites visited. He was always patient and affable and ably managed the logistics associated with the tour. all in all, a truly memorable trip.Show more
- Rachael· April 13th, 2025This tour was an absolute PERFECT intro to Turkey for me. The length of the tour, the amount of information, the amount of touring vs free time. It was ideal. The group is tiny (9 of us) so we could have people to talk to and have lunch with and then go off on our own to galavant around Turkiye. Efe was brilliant, he knew so much about his country and the rich history that it weaves. Even our weather cooperated for the most part!! The booking was smooth, the transfers were seamless, and the communication was truly easy. 10/10 would recommend.Show more
