Although we had an itinerary of places we would visit and Conical travel agent was responsive, we had to reach out daily to see when our tour guide was going to pick us up. Two of our guides didn't speak English, therefore we had to use Google translate to communicate during trip. This was quite frustrating especially since our package was for English speaking guides. We weren't informed that we would need to checkout of hotel prior to Halong Bay, which caused a lot of chaos the next morning along with where to store our luggage.Show moreTrip date: May 2024
