  We did 3 days in Halong on a luxury boat. Unfortunately it was very cold (17 degrees in December, so swimming and kayaking were not nice. The long journey from Hanoi was also unnecessarily interrupted for sales events. The organization on the ship was perfect, unfortunately Asian travel groups behaved as if they were alone on the ship. Everything was very noisy. The lower floor of the ship, where there was a spa, could not be used because the smell from the waste tank was so bad that it made us nauseous. For the day trip we were taken from our ship to the excursion ship by an open boat in the rain(!!!). It was wet, cold and took 20 minutes - an absolute imposition. Halong is completely overrated for my taste. A day trip is perfectly adequate as the rocks always look the same for 3 days. I can't recommend it.

  The cruise was a wonderful and relaxing experience during our trip to Vietnam. Ivy was so helpful with getting all of our information sorted and setting up our transportation from Hanoi to the coast. She was very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend doing the 3 day/2 night stay because there are many activities and it would probably feel a bit rushed if you were only on board for 2 days. The staff on the boat were friendly and accommodating. The food was good and our cabins were comfortable. Overall a great few days spent out on the water with some amazing adventures!

  We had such a lovely 3 day/2night Halong Cruise and it is all thanks to Ivy. After making an error with our booking Ivy quickly got in contact and helped rectify it. She also arranged our transport from Halong Bay to Hanoi at a reasonable price. (Our biggest mistake was not booking with her to get to the bay!) The trip itself was a lot of fun. We were on the Athena Luxury cruise which had the same look and feel as the photos (if not better.) The food and activities were good too. The crew and other travellers on our boat made our trip so memorable. If we were to book again or knew of others travelling to Halong Bay we'd certainly recommend to book with Ivy. She will go above and beyond to make your trip a success.

  Beautiful cruise to the quieter part of Halong Bay (Lan Ha Bay). You should stay at least 2 nights to get a better impression of the landscape. My highlight was visiting a private beach after a bike ride on Cat Ba Island and watching the sunrise while doing Tai Chi on the sun deck. The guide Peter and the waiter Jack were great, the entire crew is very accommodating. Absolute recommendation!

  We spent 3 days 2 night on the Luxury cruise with booking through this company. The trip was amazing. Our cabin was nice with Balcony and Bathtub. We also booked the transportation by Limousine to and from the port through Mr Tony. He was quick to respond and was able to answer all of my questions. I would recommend this company for everyone

  Overall a very nice cruise. In my opinion a must in Vietnam. The second day was the most beautiful. Great activities and fantastic landscapes. The last day could be made a little more interesting. Tour itself was very well organized, although sometimes the times between activities were quite short. Support from the organizers via WhatsApp was also great; we were provided with all the information directly and it was even possible to make a spontaneous change at the end with the return transfer.
