kelly· March 9th, 2025Our guides spoke a mixture of Spanish and English sometimes I felt like we got the shorter end of the stick as Spanish is their first language and some had only guided English trips a few times. The itinerary could have been a little better especially for what we paid for the trip. Lots of 4 hour tours which they considered half days could have been combined into one day. Extremely unhappy with responsible travel as the lack of communication btwn the company and myself and my friend was lacking. Days were cut short, driver was late to pick us up, plans changed last minute, no water tanks provided to cut back on the usage of water bottles.Show more
