Sheetal· May 18th, 2024The guides, the locations and transport were excellent but the 4 star Efe Boutique Hotel was more like a 2star. Total con! No toiletries, one nightstand, overhead shower didn’t work, sheets had holes, TV didn’t work. We had so many broken things and missing items. They moved us for day 2. The new room had as many issues! The water damaged doors, no toiletries, ripped sheets, the faucet leaked every use so we had to lay down towels the entire stay. The fridge light faced the bed and as it was a glass door, we had to cover it with towels to darken the room. The hotel gave us our meal free for compensation, that was a burger and a penne dish. The tour operator said he would not be using them again so I hope that he honors his word as this in no way could be considered a 4star. The view was lovely but not enough to forgive the condition of the property.Show moreTrip date: May 2024- Elyt· February 10th, 2024When the agency told me I will have a knowledgeable guide, he was right. Not only really knowledgeable, Ibrahim made sure the information is apt and appropriate to the guest with lots of stories in between, both fiction and historical. He knows his craft so much that the information is shared to me even on the road since the destinations are quite a distance from each other. He is a driver, guide, and a storyteller all rolled into one making the roadtrip fun and interesting. His stories and information on all the sites helped the place come alive that you really want to travel back in time to see how those things in the past happened. Ibrahim is able to answer questions and he is all the more encouraging me to ask more questions and he'd be ready to share an answer.Show moreTrip date: February 2024
