    Overall the trip exceeded our expectations, and we thought it was great value for money. Personalised communications from the travel company (via Whatsapp) were fantastic throughout. Food and accommodation was great throughout - we paticularly loved our cabin on the cruise. All staff felt genuine and were very nice. If I had to nitpick I would suggest an alternative option for one of the two kayaking activities,

    • For any tour departing before June 28th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 28th, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Ha Long Bay Lux Cruises Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
