- Michael· July 15th, 2024Highly recommended tour! If you're interested in exploring some Himalayan sites and culture (with some Northern India in there as well), this is the tour for you. We started with a few days in Nepal and very much enjoyed our guide in Kathmandu (Nabu). We weren't entirely sure what to expect in Bhutan and can safely say that we were blown away by our time there. Our guide (Jigme) and driver (Namgay) played a huge part in making this portion of the trip so enjoyable; at the same time we were mesmerized by the beauty of the country as well as the food we ate and the history we learned. One of our many highlights in Bhutan was the morning hike we took up to Tiger's Nest. Absolutely stunning! Our journey wrapped up with a six day trek in India that started in Delhi, moved to Jaipur, and ended in Agra. While we had a different guide in each city, we had the same driver the entire time. His name was Manoj and he was so personable, funny, helpful, and resourceful. On our last day in Delhi, our flight out didn't depart until after 10pm, so he drove us around the city to see sights we hadn't seen yet rather than drop us off at the airport hours earlier than we needed to be there. We will certainly not forget him, as we won't forget this entire trip and the incredible work put into it by Odynovo and the amazing travel consultant we worked with (Christal Yao). We definitely recommend this particular trip, and at the same time we so very highly recommended Odynovo overall as a travel company. Every experience we've had with them has been stellar. Don't spend any more time thinking about booking a trip with them...just do it!Show more
- Nancy· April 25th, 2024We were looking for an adventure in Nepal, Bhutan and Jaipur and Odynovo organized our Trip-of-a-Lifetime. Ander arranged a great itinerary that covered the highlights we had read about in guidebooks. Our accommodations in each country were great rooms in great locations. And it was all at a very reasonable price. Our Odynovo agents in each country met us at the airports and were there to help and to introduce us to our guides and drivers. The attention to detail was down to the detail of the side of the airplane for flights from one country to another to maximize our views of the mountains. Special appreciation goes to our guides in each country who were all exceptionally knowledgeable about the country’s culture, natural features, architecture, food, shopping and other information that made the tours so fulfilling. And to the drivers who navigated the steep twisty roads in some places or congested highways in others. Special note of thanks to Prashant and Prakash in Nepal for endlessly answering questions about the fascinating Hindu and Buddhist symbols, stories and legends. Also special thanks to Jigme in Bhutan who escorted us to the Tigers Nest and made sure we made the trip without any problems and with lots of pictures. Our driver also made the trek with us to the Tiger’s Nest making sure nobody stumbled along the way. We felt quite confident in the journey with these two looking after us. They also took us to local restaurants so we could sample local food and made sure it was not too spicy and took us to the best places to tour and shop. Finally, our Jaipur guide Davender gave us a whirlwind tour of the highlights of the Pink City and surrounding sights on the final day of our tour. Considering their high quality and attention to detail I highly recommend Odynovo for any tour they offer or for making up your own itinerary.Show more
