  Oppresive work environment. Advanced english speaker here, bearer of Cambridge Diploma, operating procedures written with tons of gramatical errors while the published schedules for the guests are written in perfect english. Am I missing something here? Or îs the company purposely trying to dumb its employees down? If such, would not recommend working here. There are many contractually provided ammenities yet management acts sometimes as if it is given out of their own good heart. Speaking of which, management never solves disputes between employees, only threathens to fire If there is no silence. Everyone expects you to finish fast and on time but would rarely lend a hand to help. They would rather sit in the sidelines and act superior over a task they could partake in and make all kinds of rude comments. Some of my colleagues didn't even finish school. Working hours are divided throughout the day, If you enjoy sleeping sometimes less than 6 hours/night then this place is for you. You cannot speak up your mind or they will take revenge on you. They don't know how to listen to different point of views because of favoritism and lack of experience which leads to even more conflicts which never cease to exist. Every employee has their duties and responsibilities they need to do throughout the day yet management sometimes acts as if they're owning you or they're not good enough. You get only one day off/month and sometimes they give you a service schedule off as well, but no more than one time/month. Sometimes you get no day off. Everyone is upset and no one takes measures for the wellbeing of their employees. Again, if someone complains or expresses their concerns towards management, they will act as if you're weak and make you feel as if you're not being listened to. They would like us to act like a family yet we all have our owns waiting back home. This place is being run with old methods of some old dying generation that seems to cannot adapt to the needs of the new world. When I started after training I was shouted and screamed at because I didn't knew anything yet no one explained me how to do things. I had to learn in between the shouting matches as much as I could. So, to end this, If it would have been a good work environment, my words would have been different. Word of advice, If you choose to work here, know why you're doing it, otherwise the more tenured employees will make your days miserable. That being kept in mind, wouldn't recommend making your life around this place.

  It was a fantastic way to spend the usually hectic holidays! Relaxing and cruising through some of the most beautiful winter scenery in Europe! Really loved how Uniworld captured the perfect essence of each city we visited through their local cuisine choices and amazing excursions! Definitely 5 star! I had one of my favorite tours ever peddling my Uniworld bike from the ship with my companion around Vienna's famous Ring Road! Exhilarating!
