- Arlene· March 4th, 2025Had a great time in South Africa. The guides were great. We were delayed because of airline issues. Joydeen, in Johannesburg, met us at our first hotel. She made sure we were taken care of and even had the hotel upgrade our room. Weevil was our Safari guide - we saw all of the big five before 11am. He was very knowledgeable. Robin, our guide in Capetown, was knowledgeable, kind, with an amazing sense of humor. We could not be happier about our experience. Last, but not least, the office support was great. Especially with our ongoing delays. They worked with us to make sure our trip would still be enjoyable… and it was.Show more

The support was excellent when needed .Thanks to Penny, Rose, Amanda for the excellent arrangements, professional support and daily updates which helped us to enjoy the tour. The guide and driver Abdella was very professional and made the 1000 km drive comfortable and safe.The vehicle provided was comfortable. The hotels were good, clean and comfortable . Suggest the second night stay at Knysna can be changed to Oudtshoorn or George to avoid 2hour drive. Definitely recommand this tour. Antony ThoppilShow more
