Show moreTrip date: August 2024- MCMargaret· July 16th, 2024This tour was split into two parts. The first was with Mark and a group of 18. Mark was humorous, organized, and knowledgeable. On day 4, I switched to Jay as my guide/driver. I was the only person on this part of the tour and was apprehensive. It turned out to be wonderful. Jay did everything possible to be sure I enjoyed myself and got a great experience in Korea. I was in a boot due to a foot injury and Jay went through each day's itinerary with me to determine what I could and couldn't do. He changed the meal plans to be sure I tasted a full range of Korean foods. Our tour guides Mark for discover korea and Jay for BTS tour were the best guides that we have encountered in long time. They went out of the way to help us in every moment. The itinerary is good, the hotels are great. The tour bus was good. We had so much food with all meals included. All activities were excellently planned and executed and if you boom with hanatours then you won't have to spend anything extra in korea. Mark taught us korean words and language ans made the whole tour come alive. Jay loves his country so much that he did not want us to feel anything bad about korea. We are vegetarians so he made extra effort and took us to korean veg restaurant.
