Missing travel program: I did not receive the travel program beforehand and I still had to make sure I had all the information at all on the day of arrival. In the end, I called the emergency number listed in the booklet from Helsinki and found out that I didn't have all the documents yet. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach anyone at Tourradar by phone the days before the trip. Without the information about the travel program, I would have been stranded at the airport in Rovaniemi at the latest...for example, I didn't know which hotel I would be staying in. 2. Incorrect or incomplete information in the travel program: "Bearhill Husky - Born tu run Tour" was scheduled for 10/31/2024. In the travel program I received, it was noted that I would be picked up at the hotel. When this would be the case was not mentioned anywhere. With luck, I managed to reach the DERTour emergency number in good time on the morning in question, although I was simply told to contact the husky tour provider directly. Again with luck, I reached someone there at 8.15am and was told that I would be picked up at 8.45am...so it was stressful to have breakfast at the hotel and be ready in time for the pick-up. All in all, it was very disappointing that several serious errors crept into the trip. I look forward to receiving your comments on this case.
