He clearly loves his job and is extremely good at all the details AND the human side of making sure everyone feels welcome, is having a good time and is taken care of. He made our tour of Scandinavia so much fun! Hope we get him as our guide again. He has a talent for giving the right amount of information, so you have a good sense of the history and culture but aren’t overwhelmed with dates and minutiae.Show more

His exuberance, creativity, depth of knowledge, and personal attention to each member of his group pales all other leaders. Using WhatsApp, he was on call 24 hours a day. If someone felt lost or needed directions, Luke immediately sent written directions or a map with locations noted. He engaged with us having fun. It showed in there organisation and relaxed way of telling us where , what and how to get around. Luke was knowledgeable on all areas of where we went. New names and places and the stories.
