  An unforgettable experience! I can't speak highly enough of how well organised, interesting and diverse the itinerary was. Our guide Riana was friendly, engaging, highly knowledgeable and happy to accommodate any requests and answer our questions (of which there were many!). Being our first trip to Europe, we weren't sure what to expect, but we weren't disappointed. Memories to cherish forever and a huge thank you to Riana for making the experience so amazing! 🥰

  Our guide Ri and her incredible passion and enthusiasm for travelling made our trip one to remember! Her cheerful and bright personality was radiant and her smile contagious, she created such a bright atmosphere within our group. Absolutely 5 stars for Ri she ticked all the boxes, we couldn’t have asked for a better guide!

  I had the pleasure of traveling with Rianna, and without a doubt, she deserves to win Tour Guide of the Year. From start to finish, Rianna made the entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable. Her knowledge of the destinations was exceptional. She shared so many personal insights and stories that really brought each place to life. And let’s not forget her amazing sense of humor; the puns and jokes she sprinkled throughout the trip kept everyone laughing and lightened the mood. What really set Rianna apart, though, was her approachability. No matter what, she was always there to answer questions, offer advice, or just chat about the day's events. She made everyone feel welcome and well taken care of. The day sheets were always organized and easy to follow, and we always knew exactly what to expect next. Her recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and hidden gems were perfect, adding a personal touch that made the trip even more special. On the coach, Rianna kept us engaged with fun games, trivia, and challenges that made the long rides feel like part of the adventure. Her ability to balance professionalism with a warm, approachable personality truly made the trip memorable. Rianna went above and beyond in every aspect, and there’s no one more deserving of the Tour Guide of the Year award. She even organized a catch up in Melbourne for all her past travellers from her time with Contiki as she keeps in contact with many of us who want to stay in touch! Shows she cares not just for the job, but deeply about the people she takes on trips.

  I did not know what to expect as I had heard mixed reviews by lots of my friends who had travelled previously with Contiki and on guided tours. I am glad I went with minimal to low expectations because I my expectations were exceeded! The places we saw, many big ticket items, but lots of classic bucket list places. Super surreal and we had a blast both on and off the coach thanks to the legendary Ri and one and only "Coach queen" Catia! Absolute dream duo and they made the trip what it was. Bubbly, bright, enthusiastic and bounced off one another's energy, so glad I got such pocket rockets to drive and lead me around Europe!
