Maria M.· July 4th, 2019The air conditioning and WiFi in the buses were poor. The hotels in general were too far from the city. The St Denis hotel had bugs that bit me during my sleep and I developed an allergic reaction. This hotel did not feel safe. We had to ask for soap and toilet paper in this hotel and the one in Paris. In general the hotel facilities look ok but most of them had poor air conditioning and the breakfast were not healthy. The tour guides need to improve their English pronunciation. Sometimes it was difficult to understand. The local guides Emma and Ana were excellent. I was not able to get into the Louvre museum even though I paid this tour in advance. Your company did not inform me that the tour was cancelled. I have to asked about it.
