  I would not recommend Europamundo as a tour provider or Tour Radar as a booking site. Misinformation all round. The tour from Tour radar sold like a normal tour - start & finish with same group & guide, only after booking do you receive anything about potential guide changes - which imply you’ll likely keep the same guide for the trip but on rare occasions the guide will change. Yet when you get on the bus, they tell you this is how they do business & you can tailor the tour to your liking - which certainly isn’t how Tourradar sell the tour. Absolutely no indication that in 16 days (which is only 14 days with your guide) that you’ll have 6 of them. The standard of guides is variable. Two of the six were exceptional, one average the remaining three well below average. An example is one guide said the meeting point is here & the bus was still moving & repeated this as the bus went around a corner. I’m not sure how you are suppose to determine the meeting point location when that occurs. When asking the same guide for more information turned her back and walked away. David & Emma were exceptional & if you are lucky enough to have these two you’ll have a fabulous trip as they are helpful, compassionate, full of information about the countries and areas you are travelling. Buses were ok, on long bus days not uncommon for the wifi to not be working, as occurred between Porto & Madrid. Tour guide apologised but said it was the responsibility of the bus driver who was unable to fix. Accommodation was mixed - not stand out hotels that had it all. Twice we stayed at the Novotel in France in different locations & both were below average. Both times the usual dining room not made available to those on tour, putting us in back rooms that were conference style. The meal in Grenoble Novotel supplied was appalling, the salad leaves not fresh, the chicken tough & dessert hardly eaten by those at our table. The second Novotel we stayed at again put us for breakfast in a back room, ran out of food & we sat on rolling office chairs at desks with no table linen. The office chairs were too tall for the tables & slipped around the room. This hotel also had numerous men standing outside the front doors who were quite intimidating & when asking reception if the area was safe to walk around advised to walk around looking angry & don’t pull your phone out. Didn’t feel safe. Couldn’t enter or exit the building without having to pass through them. Contacted Europamundo in relation to my concerns around safety & standards & was fobbed off. Most accommodation the shower was over a bath tub, so if travelling with older persons this may be difficult. Buses were often shared with people from different nationalities & were usually bilingual. We mostly travelled with Spanish speaking tourists which mostly was fine, but again no indications at booking or any other tome until you hop on the bus & the guide/s start to talk in another language or you were asked something by another passenger in a language you didn’t know. Wasn’t a problem, just weren’t informed that this was going to be the case. The English speaking group were always the smallest of the groups & regularly changed. Not one other group started & ended the tour with us. I wouldn’t recommend Europamundo as a tour company & I wouldn’t recommend Tourradar as they don’t seem to supply or have all the information for the tour to be able to give you the information pre booking the tour.
